Payments Agent (DE/ ENG)- thuiswerk mogelijk

We are looking for enthousiastic billingual agents (German/ English) for Satellic. 100% work-from-home AFTER 3 weeks training on site in Loncin. Sattelic takes care of truck drivers and their mileage charge payments. You will be helping customers (truck drivers, accountants..) with problems regarding the payments + a little administration on the side.

You will work Night shift 22h-7h, weekends included 9h with 30 minute break in it x 4 days (Full Time on 4 days, paid 38 hours!)

Tasks

• E-mail handling via CRM
• Processing of customer requests via chat
• Responding to customer requests via Inbound and outbound calls
• Validation of vehicle papers

Requirements

• Bilingualism is a must. A good comprehension of English and German, spoken as well as written
  is necessary.
• You are precise and detail-oriented
• You have good communication skills and can transmit information clearly and in a simple manner.
• You are empathic and can navigate the emotions of others in difficult situations.
• You are adaptable and can easily switch from one task to another.
• You are result-oriented and can work towards daily objectives.
