Harrison Child & Family Clinic is looking for a confident client experience officer (CEO) with great people skills to join our expanding team.

Requirements

As a CEO at HCF Clinic You Will Be Responsible For:

• Welcoming new clients collecting and entering personal details and managing our welcome room;
• Client nurturing to ensure that our children and their families have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic;
• Correct management of incoming client data billing and debtor management;
• Assisting our team of brilliant clinicians and being a highly valued contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families.
