Role overview

Based in our Leicester office 2 days a week and 3 days remote (TBD), the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing retainers within the Paid Media department of Williams Commerce s digital marketing agency. They are the key point of accountability for the success of these client retainers.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Paid Media Manager will align monthly strategy for your client retainers, department capacity and efficiency, and ensure the success and retention of existing clients.

As a Paid Media Manager at Williams Commerce, you will:

  • Oversee all allocated retainers within the paid media department, including delegating work to junior team members
  • Communicate with clients directly in a strategic role to improve the performance of their Paid Media accounts and advise on overall digital strategy
  • Produce monthly performance reports, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular performance updates for the clients you are responsible for
  • Directly communicate with 3rd party partner contacts and develop relationships to grow/maintain Partner status with Google, Meta, and Pinterest.
  • Develop the paid media services we offer and support internal marketing to help the department grow
  • Train and support junior team members within the Paid Media department

You will bring:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience managing Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Have previously worked within a digital marketing agency or an e-commerce setting (in-house or agency)
  • GA4 and Google Ads certified and familiar with Google suite of platforms and tools (GMC, GSC, GTM etc)
  • Direct experience managing Paid Media campaigns across Pinterest Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads and more
  • Experience analysing data, creating relevant insights to lead client work
  • Excellent communication and follow-up, able to flex your style to deal with C-level to junior-level staff
  • High numeracy, statistical and literacy abilities
