Ensure the effectiveness of operational training and adherence to the licensing system.
- Ensure the use of calibrated and controlled measurement equipment.
- Assure the relevancy of production processes.
- Guarantee the implementation of Poka Yoke and its control mechanisms.
- Assure safe working conditions.
- Ensure the utilization of approved components and equipment.
- Assure product validation and control throughout the process flow.
- Ensure compliance with non-conforming product procedures.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO principles and traceability of the product throughout the process flow
