Our client is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in accounting. As a leading firm they are seeking a talented individual to contribute to their success by taking on the role of Outsourcing Manager.

Responsibilities: As an Outsourcing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the management accounts workflow cycle. Key duties include:

• Managing and supporting outsourced and internal employees with daytoday workload.
  
• Monitoring bookkeeping workflows and assisting in the review of transactional data.
  
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring excellent service delivery.
  
• Carrying out detailed reviews and analysis of management accounts to provide clients with valuable financial insights.
  
• Delivering management information to clients clearly and concisely.
  
• Facilitating information sharing between outsourced staff employees and clients.
  
• WIP and billing management for your portfolio of clients.
  
• Attending training courses and maintaining professional competence to meet CPE requirements.
  

Requirements

• Are ACCA ACA or CIMA qualified
  
• Have a solid working understanding of accounting principles and experience in reviewing and delivering management accounts
  
• Experience in developing junior colleagues
  
• Excellent IT skills and a good knowledge of various accountancy software packages
  
• Great communication and teamwork skills
  
• Experience of working in an accountancy practice would be desirable. Candidates with a background gained in industry must have a clear understanding of the requirements of working with multiple Clients.
