- Act as the project point of contact for potential project C4W candidates and must be able to present the project nature, activities, and benefits.
- Onboarding the project participants involves helping them fill out paperwork as introducing them to the other professionals involved with the program.
- Responsible for maintaining a log of all of the people they contact using spreadsheet software.
- Be an active participant in case management sessions and work closely with the Blumont case management team when needed.
- Develop the project outreach plan in close coordination with the project coordinator and livelihood team to ensure sourcing C4W potential candidates.
- Work closely with civil society associations to Marketing the project and reaching the largest possible segment of beneficiaries.
- Support the livelihood officer in mobilizing training sessions and identifying the participants of the project awareness sessions
- Support the HR officer to finalize the C4W worker's enrolment process, including documentation.
- Develop outreach status report to reflect progress, challenges, and concerns
