Contacting potential and existing clients and offering them insurance products using scripts. Answer customer questions about products and services Follow up and enter customer information and update it periodically in the databases. Make every effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate upcoming sales operations. Maintain call and sales records and write notes to explain customer cases. Submit a periodic report to the concerned manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason.
