- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor and/or digital advertising sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Solid understanding of outdoor and digital advertising, market trends, and media planning
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
