• 5-10 years organizational change management experience.
• Experience with various Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, 7S, Kotter), and application with a recommended and proven set successful tools and templates.
• Experience in establishing adoption scorecards and metrics of success.
• Understand the concepts around building change capability.
• Big picture expertise and ability to think strategically and convey leadership messages effectively while influencing and building global relationships at all levels.
• Adept at learning business and creating internal partnerships and recommending strategies that fit the culture and business needs.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates active listening skills.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
