Working closely with the Program’s technical team and reporting to the Program Director, the consultant will work on the following areas:
• Working with 4 partner universities to identify their vision, mission, and desired outcomes for teacher education.
• Identify key performance indicators and agree on tools to track progress toward these outcomes.
• Mapping desired outcomes and key performance indicators to the existing assessment tool to create an integrated tool
. • Facilitating a self-assessment process conducted with the 4 partner public universities using the adapted assessment tool.
• Writing assessment reports in English, including strength points, opportunities for improvement, and key recommendations.
• Working with 4 partner universities to identify performance improvement solutions/technical assistance needed to make and sustain desired performance improvements and writing a term of reference for this work
Full Time
