Job Description
- Managing the production team and ensuring that they stay on schedule
- Coordinating with other departments such as marketing, accounting, legal, and human resources to ensure that all areas are working together effectively
- Reviewing project budgets to determine if they are feasible based on the scope of work involved
- Managing day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure that projects run smoothly and meet deadlines
- Overseeing the budget and making adjustments where necessary to ensure that costs do not exceed income
- Ensuring that all production equipment is in good working order and that all necessary materials are available
- Directing and overseeing all aspects of a production or project, from start to finish
- Determining and organizing the best approach for each project or production, including selecting a scriptwriter or composer based on their experience and expertise in the field
- Determining the best way to promote a production, including selecting an advertising agency and creating a marketing plan

Planning the upcoming style according to priority wise.

Prepare line layout

Follow up the line production with IE tools.

Ensure the buyer requirements as per quality parameters.

Inspection handle with buyer QA

Follow up the production from cutting to packing

Total responsibility up to Shipment.

Coordinating with all internal departments of the factory to ensure the availability of materials.

Prepare Line plan.

All Incoming fabrics analysis.

The Fabric performance evaluation.

The evaluated analysis will be intimated and the same will be circulated to the production.

Close coordination with the fabric sourcing dept for the selection of the fabrics for the styles In terms of count and construction and blends

Coordination with external agencies for the testing.
