Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle PPM implementation.
• Design configure and customize Oracle PPM modules to align with client needs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to demonstrate Oracle PPM functionality and best practices.
• Develop project plans and timelines for Oracle PPM implementation projects.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing and assist in resolving any issues or defects.
• Assist in data migration and integration activities with other systems.
• Document processes workflows and configuration settings for future reference.
• Support the development of custom reports and dashboards to meet client reporting needs.
• Participate in ongoing support and maintenance activities postimplementation.
• Stay updated with Oracle PPM updates new features and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Oracle PPM implementation methodologies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical and business issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to project success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of handson experience in Oracle PPM implementation and configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and Oracle PPM data structures.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and business processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle PPM implementation projects.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in data migration integration and reporting within the Oracle PPM environment.
• Certifications in Oracle PPM or related technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
