Mandatory Skills:

• Primary Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: PHP NodeJS Golang Scala Java

  • Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server DB2 SQL

  • Expertise in system integration and interprocess communication technologies like gRPC Thrift SOA REST SOAP EDI.

• Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with asynchronous communication technologies like Kafka Kinesis Google Pub/Sub RabbitMQ Azure Event Hub.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SAP Apache Camel Mulesoft.

The Job: As a Principal Architect you will be responsible for designing and building highly scalable reliable and available software products. You will collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally you will lead the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering teams establish and promote best practices in software development and mentor junior team members.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop highly scalable reliable and available software products.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Establish and promote best practices in software development including coding guidelines design decisions testing methodologies deployment and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and introduce new approaches for business efficiency.
• Mentor and coach junior team members fostering their growth and development.

What You Should Have:

• 15 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of recent experience as a Technical Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: PHP NodeJS Golang Scala Java.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server DB2 SQL.
• Expertise in system integration and interprocess communication technologies like gRPC Thrift SOA REST SOAP EDI.
• Experience with asynchronous communication technologies like Kafka Kinesis Google Pub/Sub RabbitMQ Azure Event Hub.
• Experience with SAP Apache Camel Mulesoft is a plus.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
