In this role youll directly engage with clients providing expert guidance and crafting solutions that deliver tangible impact. With the flexibility to work inoffice 12 days per week youll closely collaborate with the clients team offering tailored support to drive their transformation forward.

Tasks

As an Oracle EBS Consultant you will be instrumental in providing technical development expertise and support for Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) and its associated modules. Supporting one of the UKs leading financial organisations specialising in longterm savings and retirement solutions your mission is to ensure alignment with Functional and Technical Specifications while adhering to established standards and processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to the business.

• Provide technical development capability for Oracle EBusiness Suite and related Oracle modules.
• Deliver technical design specifications build deliverables and functional setups.
• Create unit test plans and participate in system integration testing.
• Resolve defects during system integration testing and support incident triage.
• Escalate to development management and project management when estimates or timelines are at risk.
• Ensure solution designs align with project delivery timelines and deliver highquality solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments and estimates for proposed Oracle EBusiness Suite changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders adhere to development standards and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Essential Skills needed for the Oracle EBS Consultant:

Experience in Oracle EBusiness Suite including technical and functional aspects.

• Technical proficiency in Oracle tools like PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Understanding of Life & Pensions industry processes regulations and best practices.
• Strong project management abilities with analytical problemsolving skills.
• Clear communication skills and clientfacing expertise.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams.

Desirable Skills for the Oracle EBS Consultant:

Oracle Certifications (OCP) demonstrating advanced expertise.

• Experience with data migration integration and interfacing.
• Proven track record in providing enduser training and support.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
• Basic understanding of business analysis techniques.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects preferably in Life & Pensions.
