- Working with the HR team to understand and document the company's recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Cloud solutions to meet the company's recruiting and onboarding needs.
- Configuring Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Cloud to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legislations.
- Providing training and support to users on how to use Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Cloud.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Cloud issues
- Staying up-to-date on the latest Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Cloud features and best practices
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key.
- Ensuring deliverables are always accurate and adhere to IBM documentation quality.
