- Previous experience as area owner, handling daily activities like KPIs monitoring and worst cells troubleshooting
- Parameters trials proposal and assessment and new SW features evaluation
- Various audits including parameters, neighbors, license and HW configurations and mapping
- Utilization and capacity studies including interfaces and hardware capabilities, radio resources and signaling channels to manage network capacity
- multi-carrier strategy and multi-RAT interoperability for both CS and PS services
- Customer complaint handling and special events preparations
- Propose/implement NW optimization actions (physical/soft actions) based on field radio measurements analysis as well as system counters
- Perform radio acceptance activities
