Operations Specialist

Our client is looking for a driven and detailoriented Operations Specialist to play a key role in delivering exceptional services to their partners and customers. Your responsibilities include client relations and product operations.

Client Relations Act as a dedicated service specialist managing borrower relations and ensuring a smooth positive experience through effective communication and toptier customer service. Provide comprehensive support to their partners from operational guidance to technical assistance enhancing their understanding and execution of their lending operations.

Product Operations Handle borrowers applications including application processing data management reporting and process enhancement to improve efficiency and customer experience.

1. Requirements

• Proficiency in English for business purposes
• Techsavvy: Comfortable with utilizing and adapting to new software tools; training provided upon joining
• Attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and application processing; comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork and documentation
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for both clientfacing and internal interactions
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency and organization
• Customercentric: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support
• Adaptability: Flourishes with minimal guidance proactive and adept at handling uncertainty
• Team player: Collaborative approach to work fostering positive relationships with colleagues and crossfunctional teams
• Availability for latehour collaboration with the UK team
