Job Description
- Insert Customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data from computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Keep information confidential.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job Requirements
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Good listening skills. Practice active listening
- Multi-tasking ability
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Computer experience especially “ Microsoft Office “
- English speaker at least good in speaking and writing
- Experience +1
- Back office Experience at telecommunication is preferred
