- Manage and provide guidance to project operations personnel
- Reviews scopes of work for LCNs, or STTA for field-based operational/admin/logistics roles
- Ensures that non-financial client audits are followed based on USAID/Abt procedures (such as operational audits (vehicle audits))
- Coordinates field office start-up activities (and closeout activities including shipping, customs clearance of equipment etc.
- Recruits and supports the onboarding of project staff < FSN 10 (including collecting necessary information such as biodata)
