Job Description
- Leading the operating team of relays, cleaning and handling staff, and organizing traffic.
Covering all the tasks of any of the team members in the event of their absence or unavailability.
- Inspect the periodic operating statements, such as the cleanliness of the daily common spaces, and follow up the schedules of preventive maintenance and services, such as pest control contracts and water filters.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly operating reports.
- Collecting data related to the issuance of utility bills, such as reading water and electricity meters, etc., and ensuring their accuracy, in order to carry out billing and collect bills from customers if needed and follow them up after their issuance.
