Job Description

Our growing company is in need of a talented office professional to assist in a wide variety of activities, including some basic sales tasks as well as behind the scenes job processing and scheduling. The role is located at our brand new facility located in Zion. It is a regular Monday - Friday daytime position. Compensation is between $18 - $25 per hour based on experience and capabilities.

What you will do...


Sales

  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers

  • Create and Follow Up on job Estimates in Zoho books

  • Make proactive Sales Calls for new business

  • Call positive review customers to ask for other quoting opportunities and solicit Google Reviews

  • Follow up on service opportunities sent and declined estimates

  • 3rd party job processing

  • Create and send customer invoices upon job completion


Office Administration

  • Populate customer info into Servicetrade and send ServiceLink to Customer upon job completion

  • Assign the preliminary team of Technicians for service review

  • Confirm team and customer for jobs the day before, or the day of if applicable.

  • Collect and add Customer data to feedback tracking document

  • Communicate negative feedback findings to Ops Team, Re-open jobs in Service Trade

  • Process credit card payments



Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.

  • At least three years of administrative, clerical, or sales experience is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods

  • Ability to access basic office equipment such as filing cabinets, copy machines, etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially high-stress environment.
