Job Description

- Assists with maintaining complete and thorough inventory of all property of the Jordan WGA project
- Assists with maintenance of personnel files to ensure they are complete and accurate; establish and maintain a central filing system as requested
- Assists with tracking local insurance contracts including health, personal accident, and property
- Provide support to project procurements including, filing RFQ’s and RFP’s, creating and updating procurement tracker, and following up on collecting documentation to complete proper filing
- Assists with overseas and domestic travel arrangements, clearances and hotel reservations for all short-term consultants traveling to the field, and local staff traveling to conduct site visits or to regional offices Assists in the translation of any program or office documentation, as required
- Responsible for preparing ID cards for all staff worn by all WGA staff when on official business or on Chemonics property
