    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Representative at APEX Engineering. The Online Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and nurturing new leads, working closely with the marketing team, maintaining relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and after sales services, the online sales is the bridge between the online leads and the technical team.

    Responsibilities

    .

    Managing online sales channels and platforms.

    .

    Developing and implementing online sales strategies.

    .

    Generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads and driving online sales growth.

    .

    Providing excellent customer service and support.

    .

    Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize performance.

    .

    Work closely with Marketing to develop, maintain and monitor the Marketing and Online Sales KPIs and metrics.

    .

    Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance online sales efforts.

    .

    Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging online content.

    .

    Conducting online product demonstrations and presentations.

    .

    Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

    .

    Monitoring and responding to online reviews and feedback.

    .

    Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor analysis.

    .

    Lead and participate in offline sales meetings and sales presentations, on-site sales visits, where required.

    .

    Appear in Social Media and Marketing videos and flexibility to become one of APEX brand faces where required.

    Qualifications

    .

    Sales experience in the construction or design industry is a plus.

    .

    Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.

    .

    Extensive Sales Experience.

    .

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    .

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    .

    Ability to work independently and efficiently.

    .

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs.

    .

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

    .

    Fluency in Arabic and English.
