• Leading all the Product Line and Functional Teams within country towards a common goal
• Upholding Baker Hughes Core Values (Grow, Lead, Collaborate, Care)
• Leading the In Country HSE Performance KPIs, Influence teams within country towards an Interdependent HSE Culture
• Owning and driving the service delivery execution and strategy within country - Ensuring all areas of the business perform with desired service delivery performance levels
• Enabling flawless execution for our customers and leveraging our flawless Service Delivery execution to drive business growth with customers.
• Having the ability to take decision which has direct impact on business results.
• Ensuring all business teams within country are working towards our billing and collections KPIs while maintaining customer intimacy to ensure our Billing and Cash collections are achieved as per desired plans.
