Center for Wellness & Integrative Medicine was founded by Dr. Tom Yarema who believes in human health sovereignty and stimulating the innate healing ability of each patient through three different aspects; immune support, metabolic enhancement, and optimal digestion. This means that the whole process of healing comes from a deep connection with the body and feelings. About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Front Desk/ Office Manager who will oversee the front desk, office, and staff operations. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, tending to their questions and complaints, managing booking and appointment schedules, and ensuring that the reception area is professionally maintained.
For this position, we want someone who is highly organized and pays special attention to details. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with Dr. Toms team and the patients. As the first point of contact for the clients, we want someone who has a pleasant and dynamic personality and can provide efficient and friendly service to our patients.
This is a part-time position and we will be requiring you to work onsite at 3121 Park Ave d, Soquel, California, United States. Ideally, we want someone who can cover the morning shift, but we are flexible.
Front Desk/ Office Manager responsibilities:
Patient satisfaction will be your number one responsibility.
Manage all staff, the output of their individual work and projects, their schedule, and their roster.
Manage all inventory.
Manage patients' appointments.
- Manage the entire operations and finance AR and AP of the business.
- Overall, make sure things are properly organized and the office is in order.
- Working with all stakeholders in the business, including 4 other Front Desk Staff, supervising them, the Business Controller/Accountant, and General Manager (Dr. Tom Yarema).
Front Desk/ Office Manager Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in Office or Front Desk Management.
Experience in basic bookkeeping.
Computer literate, with Google Suite experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
