Job Description

  • File completed documents in a computer filing system with vigilant attention paid to topics, content and required end-users to make sure everything is saved in the correct place.
  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
  • Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
  • Typing reports, letters, contracts and other business documents.
  • Maintain appointment calendar and scheduling meetings accordingly
  • Assist to copy, collect and distribute office paperwork as and when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Reformatting, converting, and merging documents to conform to company specifications.
  • Managing and maintaining the physical and digital document filing system.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant
  • Prior experience as a typist or data entry clerk is preferable.
  • The ability to type from dictation.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors.
  • Excellent vocabulary and command of Arabic and English language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with paper and digital document filing systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
