A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to their Toledo team!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and managing growth of services
- Lead business development initiatives
- Serve as organization spokesperson
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Attract, develop, and retain employees, set employee expectations and manage employee performance
- Lead/manage project managers and technical staff
- Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staffing assignments
- Ensure consistency and excellence on project execution and achieve optimal financial performance
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience
- P.E. License for Ohio
- P.E. License for Michigan preferred
- Established client relationships in Northwestern Ohio preferred
Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
