Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of childcare professionals in providing highquality care and education to children. This is a fulltime position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Duties:
Manage and supervise a team of nursery staff including assigning tasks providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations
Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs for children
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery
Maintain open communication with parents providing regular updates on their childs progress
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing environment for children
Administer first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records of incidents
Keep the nursery clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
A valid drivers license is preferred
A qualification in early childhood education is highly desirable
