- Make rounds in every Ward, talk with patients, know their problems and assure them of the help and best nursing care to be given to them as much as possible
- Anticipates management of schedules of staff nurses in all Wards and when the need arises
- Supervises and decides if ever there will be a shortage of nurses in the Wards, and act accordingly
- Guides and helps nurses in nursing procedures
- Follows-up andor processes papers for patients transfer to other hospitals; helps prepare the accompanying nurse regarding the ambulance
