Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Developing serverside logic using Node.js
• Building scalable and secure RESTful APIs
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with server side logic
• Implementing data storage solutions using MongoDB
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementing security and data protection
• Designing and implementing data storage solutions
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Writing reusable testable and efficient code
• Managing and maintaining companys codebase
• Assisting in defining and reviewing software architecture
• Contributing to technical documentation and user guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js
• Proficiency in serverside programming and microservices architecture
• Experience in developing and managing APIs
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS
• Experience with version control (e.g. Git)
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
• Experience in optimizing applications for performance and scalability
