- Administering and controlling NOC systems, through granting/ revoking privileges from users such as system access and data mining…etc., while monitoring user’s actions on the systems, as well as reporting and preventing any misuse of the systems and information.
- Participating in periodic reviews, health and performance checks related to the Telecom Network’s systems to monitor overall performance on regular basis, and subsequently. generating reports; providing performance feedback.
- Maintaining administrative services’ availability, integrity, operability, and functionality, as well as carrying-out preventive and corrective maintenance when needed
- Detecting faults, errors and performance degradation related issues in the NOC’s systems, and escalating problems to vendors; ensuring maximum systems availability and minimal resolution times
- Applying new technologies and performing necessary software updates related to NOC systems to enhance/ maintain overall systems performance.
