NG911 - Business Process SME SP3

The end client has been tasked with recruiting a NG911 Business Process SME .

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Provide expert advice to the New York City NG911 team in all aspects of NG91 including and especially Call Handling System Integration.
• Provide business process methodology expertise to the end clients client for design system implementation and testing.
• Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for all types of NG911 calls.
• Support the NG911 Call Handling requirements and validation of required standards.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 8 years of handson experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME.
• Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems Quality Assurance Systems Design Development Integration and Testing Indepth knowledge of the industry or sector in which the business operates.
• Understanding the specific challenges regulations and nuances of the industry is crucial
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex process information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems Quality Assurance Systems Design Development Integration and Testing
• Strong analytical skills to assess existing processes identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in business process management.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
• Minimum 12 yrs. experience in a particular technical and/or business application product platform or methodology.
• Relevant certifications in business process management or related areas
• Relevant certifications in business process management or related areas such as Six Sigma Lean BPMN or others are often preferred or required.
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance and automate business processes
