Tasks
What youll be doing
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
- You can put yourself in our customers shoes analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone email chat and social media
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Becoming an expert on all things New Balance
- Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
What skills & experience youll bring to us
- A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- High level of English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
Benefits
What do we offer
- Start date: 18th of March 2024
- Contract: Temporary 3month contract with the view to be extended to a permanent contract
- Fulltime: 39 hours/week
- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Salary:19400.00 per year
- Holidays: 2 holidays accrued per calendar month
- Paid bank holidays 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days per month / or for client visits / Training / the rest working from home
- Training: 8 Days of FullTime paid training from the office (MonFri) 10:00 am 19:00 pm
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
