Network Security Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for daily network administration, network security, network engineering, and cybersecurity. They will also be responsible for ensuring information security.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience as Network Security Engineer
• 2-4 years of hands experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security with a focus on system integration.
• Experience with firewall, VPN, and other security protocols especially FortiGate and Sophos.
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in integrating and managing endpoint security solutions such as Kaspersky, Intercept X and CrowdStrike is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or other security certifications
