Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Handle enterprise data network connectivity solutions like integrating various Voice & Data & security services over IP backbone.
• Schedule, implement and deliver new corporate customers with multiple solutions like internet, data (L3VPN, L2VPN), VOIP, IPTV and security over different media types (Leased Lines, Fiber, 4G, APN, Microwave) and providing project aspects, as MRTG, line quotes, LAN and WAN IPs.
• Perform professional level of troubleshooting during support cycle from physical layer to routing layer on both customer and network equipment such as (Cisco and Juniper routers, Alcatel DSLAMs, others) to solve any corporate customers technical problems
• Provide enterprise customers solution with Value Added Services such as IP hosted call center, Link conference, SSL-VPN(CONNECT2WORK)
• Handle Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configuration such as (Routers, modems, firewalls, Switches, voice gateways and wireless equipment)
• Responsible for provisioning backbone nodes (Cisco, Juniper, core switches) to fulfill customer demand.
• Visit Enterprise customers if needed to troubleshoot a problem
• Configure and Optimize dynamic routing protocols such as (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static) for large complex and enterprise solutions.
• Co-ordinate with other ISPs to finalize configuration of the connections installed in their exclusive locations and configure it on the Network to Network interface.
