Job Description

  • Lead and oversee sales activities to achieve set targets and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the other team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to enhance sales performance.
  • Contribute to developing marketing plans and targets by analyzing sales results.
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential business development opportunities aligned with the companys strategic plans.
  • Develop and execute advertising and promotional programs to drive business plans.
  • Manage various marketing channels including online and offline platforms.
  • Enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers through effective marketing.
  • Formulate and implement pricing policies considering order forecasting and inventory control.
  • Monitor competitors and other marketing activities.
  • Recommend countermeasures based on acquired information to address competitor movements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for events such as Band & Orchestra Fair Custom Wind Fair etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event planning and execution.
  • Utilize events to increase product awareness and generate business opportunities.
  • Actively engage in promotional activities exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Represent the company professionally and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum Diploma degree.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful sales leadership in handling sales team in selling musical instruments such as Wind Percussion or String instrument for minimum 3 years.
  • Strong understanding in musical instrument technology entailed and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities with a focus on employee development and motivation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel to any area in Indonesia to meet with customers or attend industry events.
  • Experience in playing a Wind Percussion or String instrument will be an advantage.
