research information online as well as calling.

Should display good communication telephone and Email etiquette.

2nd PUC / Graduate.

Role: Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following Process requirement

Should have strong knowledge on Code violations building violations water sewer solid waste billing

special assessment municipal liens building permits along with Tax Certification.

Should be working along with SMEs and team leads

Should be able to monitor the bin/queue

Good Team Player

Shows willingness to work in shifts (Only night shift for Municipal Lien Search) Demonstrates punctuality

by timely log in and log out adherence Shows willingness to work out of different locations.

Production and quality driven

Displays willingness & flexible to undergo cross training and work on multiple processes
