We are looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Editor to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multimedia production including video editing and graphic design. This role involves creating compelling and engaging multimedia content to support our organizations communication and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling graphics illustrations and layouts for both digital and print materials.
- Create and design marketing collateral including brochures banners social media graphics and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into a polished visually appealing final product.
- Incorporate graphics animations and special effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Proficient in using multimedia editing software including video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver multimedia solutions that meet objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and ensure project alignment with goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work within established timelines.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Multimedia Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Ready to work in a hybrid role (2 days WFO and 3 days WFH)

Collaborate closely with our content writers and editors to understand project requirements and translate content concepts into compelling visuals that enhance the messaging and storytelling. Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate innovative design elements into projects. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. Occasionally, communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, incorporating client feedback effectively. Conduct thorough quality checks on all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Willing to work from office for two days a week Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, especially Canva, Designer, PowerPoint and AI-powered tools for video and illustrations. Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a content writing agency or with content-focused projects is a plus.
