Microsoft CRM Architect
1. Provides program level architecture direction for P&I (Pension and Insurance) digital transformation program.
2. Provides technical guidance for all customizations within Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Highlevel understanding of OED monolithic applications and provides architectural direction for all modernization efforts.
4. Implement architectural standards.
5. Clearly document and communicate architectural direction to all IT members of CRM program and outside stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure architectural design (functional and technical) aligns with Enterprise Architecture Principles and Technology Architecture Patterns.
2. Author technical and architecture designs based on business requirements and functional designs.
3. Facilitate design decisions across all aspects of SDLC including development integration security and change management
4. Work closely with developers technical leads and project managers to ensure ontime specificationcompliant D365 CRM solutions.
5. Utilize approved technology portfolio enterprise architectural standards and established patterns to create solution and technical designs that deliver required business capabilities.
6. Proactively adopt new technologies concepts and procedures as needed for project requirements.
7. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members including Developers Engineers and Technical Leads.
8. Stay informed about current industry trends emerging technologies and modern tools and promote adoption of best practices.
9. Collaborate with Architects Developers and Engineers to increase reusability and drive technology reuse within and across projects.
10. Engage with all levels of business and IT stakeholders to gain consensus and drive decisions.
11. Approve detailed technical designs to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and reduce complexity.
12. Collaborate with business users to reduce technical complexity introduced by business requirements.
13. Translate highly technical problems into business terms for all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
14. Drive desired outcomes and decisions through trust influence and effective collaboration with teams.
