Job Description

- Contribute in developing systematic and realistic M&E plans that capture required data to report on program indicator.
- Develop Data collection tools as needed, manage, and control data collection from the field in a timely manner.
- Support in developing project forms and ensure its collect-required data that comply with project indicators.
- Update project databases on weekly basis.
- Coordinate with the program teams to ensure that monitoring activities are being performed according to schedule and that data collection is adequately completed.
- Work on CommCare, ONA, Excel and Google forms for the project on a regular basis.
- Travel to all areas of work, carry out survey, and conduct both individual as well as focus group interviews in target areas of work.
- Analyze data and provide summary reports as requested.
- Provide support in Minimum Standards filing system for the project.
- Support M&E team in identification and composition of success stories and case studies documentation, where applicable.
