Job Description

- Manage performance indicators’ data collection, databasing, analysis and reporting.
- Track progress towards project results and goals.
- Lead lessons learned activities for specific technical interventions and the whole project.
- Monitor the progress of work plan implementation against agreed tasks and defined targets.
- Enter performance data into the USAID/Jordan DevResults system regularly.
- Generate and prepare periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to inform the COP and technical teams’ decision-making.
- Support internal and external evaluations and assessments as needed.
- Perform other tasks, as assigned, in support of the project’s MEL and communications activities.
