Job Description

- Support updating the Activity Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP), development, and management of data collection systems and protocols.
- Coordinate the entry, review, validation, processing, and analysis of data and dissemination of findings along with suggested modifications to encourage adaptive project management to team members and partners.
- Develop physical and digital documentation systems to ensure the availability of traceable evidence of the project’s results and achievements.
- Contribute to the periodical and contractual reports towards project results and targets to the management, USAID, and strategic partners.
- Deliver MEL training and technical assistance to project partners and beneficiaries.
- Report and document progress toward achieving indicators/targets.
- Solicit feedback with stakeholders and partners to better decision-making.
- Participate in internal training events to facilitate follow-up and recordkeeping.
- Utilize training data collected to inform strategic decision-making, project planning, and learning.
- Draft the project learning agenda and propose actionable steps to translate it into implementation lessons.
- Ensure data quality through data verification procedures, including routine data quality audits.
- Promote and support the dissemination of project information among the project team.
- Develop terms of reference (ToRs) for any outsourced MEL need and manage in close consultation with the MEL & CLA Director, the consultant work and deliverables.
- Conduct onsite visits to best benefit data requirements and verification.
- Supports learning and evaluation activities.
- Provide data analysis in support with periodic reporting, success stories in collaboration with the Communications Specialist
- Conduct internal and partners data quality assessments to test the validity and reliability of data used to measure program impact.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MEL&CLA Director.
