- Responsible for overseeing Middle Mile operations by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational SOPs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic planning and the successful execution of Middle Mile projects.
- Proactively respond to market changes and supply chain challenges, ensuring compliance with customer deadlines and contractual obligations.
- Lead the internal rollout of customer solutions, serving as the primary contact for accounts during both the initiation and operational phases.
- Focus on identifying and implementing measures to reduce operational costs, enhancing efficiency and profitability.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics and success indicators for Middle Mile projects, providing insights into progress and opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure the thorough implementation of Middle Mile solutions, while upholding HSSE standards and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
