- Provide technical support throughout the project’s phases (situation analysis, planning, implementation evaluation, and exist) with special focus on the development and implementation of the project’s capacity building activities in close coordination with different projects’ functions.
- Contribute to the writing and submission of regular reports (monthly and quarterly) to the supervisor and the management in MC.
- conduct the capacity building of Nubader training activities and ensure youth session plans is in place and monitored, and provide day to day coaching and mentoring to the community personnel and youth participants.
- Provide capacity building and knowledge sharing to the Nubader team members in MC and partner CAHs personnel to ensure the delivery of youth activities in communities/CAHs that adhere to project overall goals.
