Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Tech Analyst MERN Who is professional and Responsible for developing a technical understanding of existing architecture and creating new architecture.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather Analyze and understand business requirements from Client
  

• Perform research and do the analysis of requirements
  

• Prepare any past work demonstration if any to convince client before first meeting
  

• Run the Discovery sprint and ensure all assumptions and uncertainty are covered by developing technical POC
  

• To design and expand its capability with new business requirements
  

• Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features with considering all technical feasibility
  

• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  

• Lead Project kick start meeting with client propose the solution in detail by keeping all assumptions in front
  

• Provides technical expertise leadership and project coordination services to support and maintain continuity of the organizations computer systems and networks
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Node.js Express.js React js and Database MongoDB Postgres
  

• Must be proficient in technical analysis of project requirement
  

• 2 Years of working experience in MERN technology
  

Secondary Skills

• Good to have knowledge of AWS Azure CI / CD Gitflow
  

• Shell scripting will be considered positively
  

Nontechnical Skills:

• Communication: Must have the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues clients and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  

• Problemsolving: Able to analyze and find solutions to complex problems.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
