Role Purpose and Key Performance Indicators: As a Mental Health Commissioning and Training Specialist at SNHN your mission is to empower General Practitioners (GPs) with the tools and knowledge necessary to elevate mental health care in our communities. Your success will be measured not only by meeting government KPIs but also by the tangible improvements in patient outcomes resulting from enhanced GP engagement in mental health initiatives.
