- Ensure BU priorities communicated yearly
- Fulfill the individual priorities set in the beginning of the year
- Ensure sales objective and patient identification objectives are duly met
- Analyse performance for all products in the portfolio, identify growth opportunities and provide solutions to management to face all challenges
- Assure that Sanofi’s products are used in the most effective and efficacious manner
- Communicate the risks and benefits for Sanofi products
- Liaise with sales and medico-marketing teams to develop tactical plans for scaling up products penetration and ensure products’ availability
