- Certificate to Practice the profession
- Speaking English Fluently
- Excellent blood withdrawal experience
- Very Experience in performing quality control tests
- Knowledgable in laboratory medicine
- Strong Familiarity with laboratory equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a medical laboratory setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
