- Ensure the proper functioning of the medical activities under his/her responsibility, defining and implementing MSF policies, protocols and procedures, and guaranteeing the quality of healthcare in order to improve health conditions of the target population.
- Coordinate, assess and supervise the proper functioning of the medical activities according to MSF protocols and procedures and through the correct compilation and analysis of medical data regarding patients health conditions.
- Checks IPCs measures and universal precautions are followed at all times and reducing biohazard risks and improving infection control; ensures that the policy of accidental blood exposure is followed.
- Supervise medical team in application of medical knowledge and skills for diagnosis and treatment of NCD consultations and ensure rational prescribing respecting MSF guidelines, as well as following the same standards, in order to guarantee the quality of the care and service in both NCD clinics.
