Preliminary meetings with AAAR to agree on the detailed assignment, approach and plan.

Conduct a preliminary desk review (Program documents, reports, Results framework etc.).

Design and facilitate an Outcome Harvesting workshop , where all key stakeholders participate. Outcome Harvesting is a unique learning and monitoring methodology, which collects evidence of what has changed and which backwards to determine whether and how we contributed to the change. AAAR will provide an induction on the Outcome harvesting methodology and work closely with AAAR staff on this. The Outcome Harvesting workshop will be a key activity in the Consultancy, since many outcomes will be harvested (retrieved) during the workshop with participation of the very key stakeholders of the programmes.
